Distilled water must be used for battery water replenishment, and the electrolyte can be ready-made or self configured (with a configuration ratio of 500ml distilled water and 0 5ml). Note that the water (or electrolyte) used for replenishment must be contained in plastic containers. The following is an explanation of the water replenishment method for valve controlled sealed batteries, which can be used as a reference for other battery water replenishment (or electrolyte replenishment) methods. 1) Use a screwdriver to pry open the cover plate above the battery along the exhaust hole, open the rubber cap, and expose the exhaust hole. 2) Use a dropper to suck in the prepared water (or electrolyte) and inject it into the interior of the battery through the exhaust hole. The electrolyte should cover the electrode plate exactly 10mm and let it sit for 24 hours. 3) For initial charging with high current, it is necessary to fully charge and then perform constant voltage current limiting charging until the voltage meets the requirements. 4) Install the exhaust valve, restore the filling, cover the battery cover, and bond it with ABS adhesive. Let it sit for another 24 hours until the adhesive completely solidifies. 5) After 2-3 hours of constant voltage and current limiting charging, test the capacity of the battery. If it returns to normal, it can be used.
